Eric Klenofsky is an American former professional goalkeeper and a respected coach known for his blend of technical expertise, modern methodology, and player‑centered development. A New Jersey native, he starred at Monmouth University, where he became a two‑time MAAC Goalkeeper of the Year and one of the top statistical goalkeepers in NCAA Division I.

After college, Klenofsky signed with D.C. United and went on to play professionally with clubs including the Richmond Kickers, Toronto FC II, Tacoma Defiance, and Hapoel Marmorek in Israel. His playing career gave him a deep understanding of the demands placed on goalkeepers at the highest levels of the game.

Transitioning into coaching, he began at Fairleigh Dickinson University before moving to the University of South Florida, where he continued to refine his approach to goalkeeper development. In 2022, he joined the Houston Dynamo organization, serving as the Head of Academy Goalkeeping and later as the goalkeeper coach for the Houston Dash. His work in Houston has been recognized for its clarity, communication, and commitment to long‑term player growth.
