Cancellation Policy

Sports Liability Waiver & Release of Claims Mgoalkeeping Academy – Goalkeeper Training In consideration of being permitted to participate in Goalkeeper Training (the “Activity”) organized by Mgoalkeeping Academy (the “Organizer”), I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian, if applicable), acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in the Activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, disability, or death, as well as damage to personal property. These risks may result from my own actions, the actions of others, the condition of the facilities or equipment, or the nature of athletic training. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, and accept full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of participating in the Activity. 2. Health & Fitness Certification I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of safely participating in the Activity. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to participation and that the Organizer is not responsible for determining my fitness level or health status. 3. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organizer, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, and representatives for any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in the Activity, including those resulting from negligence, premises liability, or breach of warranty. 4. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of my participation in the Activity or any breach of this agreement. 5. Media Release I grant the Organizer permission to capture and use photographs, videos, or other media of me during the Activity for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. I understand that these materials may be used without compensation or further notice.
