Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy — MGoalkeeping Academy MGoalkeeping Academy understands that plans can change. Our goal is to maintain fairness and transparency while ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs. Please review our updated cancellation policy below: 1. Cancellation Window Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session, reservation, or appointment. 2. Refunds & Credits Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of your cancellation: • Outside the 72‑hour window: Eligible for a full refund. • Within the 72‑hour window: Payments may be non‑refundable. In some cases, a credit toward a future session may be issued, minus any applicable cancellation fee. 3. No‑Show Policy Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no‑show. No‑shows forfeit all payments and may be subject to additional charges. 4. Inclement Weather Policy Player safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather—including lightning, hazardous air quality, extreme heat, heavy smoke, or unsafe field conditions—MGoalkeeping Academy may cancel, delay, or reschedule sessions or camps. • If MGoalkeeping Academy cancels a session before it begins, clients will receive a full credit toward a future session. • If a camp has already started and must be canceled due to weather, clients will receive a 10% refund of the camp fee. • Weather‑related decisions will be communicated as early as possible via email. • Weather‑related cancellations initiated by the client must still follow the 72‑hour cancellation window, unless conditions pose an immediate safety risk. 5. Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. MGoalkeeping Academy may grant exceptions on a case‑by‑case basis for unforeseen or urgent circumstances. 6. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via email.
